Avoid traffic jams, share your arrival times with your contacts or monitor the surroundings of your BMW from afar. The BMW Connected App remembers frequent destination and works out a suitable departure time for appointments. You can use the functions of BMW Connected wherever you are and with different mobile devices – while on the road in your BMW or from outside via smartphone, smartwatch or partner services such as Amazon Echo.

Plan trips, avoid traffic and unlock your BMW remotely – enjoy these and more services with the BMW Connected Classic app. This application enables you to use general and vehicle-related functions safely and comfortably before, during and after driving your BMW.*

* For the use a BMW with a production date form July 2013 is required, which has the special equipment 'Apps' or 'ConnectedDrive Services' (dependent on market and model). The following models, still produced after July 2013 are excluded: 1 Series Convertible, 1 Series Coupé, 3 Series Convertible (model from 2010), X1 (model from 2009), X5 (model from 2006), X6 (model from 2008) and Z4 (model from 2009 on).

With the DriveNow app you can find, reserve and access a fleet of BMW, BMW i and MINI vehicles in many European cities. Available cars can be found using the app, the website or simply collected directly in the street. You pay for the time that you use the car. There are no dedicated drop-off points so when you no longer need the car, you simply park it free of charge in almost any public parking space within the business area. DriveNow CarSharing includes the costs of fuel, repairs, pay and display tickets, car taxes and insurance.
